Kate Middleton wears Burberry tartan dress followed by vintage Chanel jacket in Boston

Kate Middleton and Prince William, 40, are in Boston for the annual Earthshot Prize Awards, a creation by the Prince of Wales to award those who make sustainable choices. The Princess of Wales has already graced fans with some beautiful outfits.
To meet the mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, and later on to launch the event of the Earthshot Prize at Boston City Hall on Wednesday, Kate wore a Burberry “Multicolour Tartan Dress”.
Due to the fact that the nature of the Earthshot Awards is all about sustainability, all of Kate’s clothes on this trip will be bespoke pieces or vintage garments.
This means this Burberry dress is most likely the latter, however the Princess looked amazing in the knee-length full-sleeved tartan dress.
For footwear, she wore her Emmy Rebecca Pumps in Green, which still sell for £425. The website description for the heels reads: “A stylish pointed court shoe created using our elegant greenery suede. The straight heel is perfect for elongating your legs, and as always, these courts are incredibly comfortable for day to night wear.”

To accessorise, Kate wore some Shyla Chunky Knot Baroque Pearl Earrings, which come from a renowned sustainable brand and cost £72.
The product description says: “Our exquisite new baroque pearl earrings takes form this beautiful earring. Formed of a chunky knot top finished in a high shine gold.
“From these incredible earrings hangs a white baroque pearl. A truly feminine, graceful and elegant earrings to pair up with both your day and evening wear.”
The Princess could also be seen carrying her Mulberry Calfskin Amberley Top Handle Satchel in green, which recently sold out at Nordstrom, a classic case of the “Kate Effect”.
DON’T MISS:
For outerwear, Kate wore an Alexander McQueen green tailored coat, which similarly to the Burberry dress, is likely a vintage piece.
Royal fan @Billybingbong2 tweeted: “This coat is to die for. Gorgeous. I’m not a big fan of tartan but I’ve never seen it in a dress like this before – it looks fabulous.”
On Thursday, the Prince and Princess attended the National Basketball Association game between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat at TD Garden in downtown Boston.
Kate re-wore her Chanel 1995 “Trimmed Double-Breasted Jacket” which is a vintage piece from the 1990s that she also wore recently on a royal engagement.

She teamed this with some Zara “Curve Jeggings in Black”, which Kate famously wore to race William and Prince Harry at the London marathon training day in 2017.
For footwear, Kate wore her Gianvito Rossi 105 Pumps in Black Suede which cost £595 from Net-A-Porter.
The description for the Gianvito Rossi reads: “Sophisticated and elegant, these suede pumps from Gianvito Rossi are a must-have for the office. Team the timeless black hue with anything and everything.”
To accessorise, Kate wore her Laura Lombardi Portrait Necklace, similar to the one she wore to host BBC Radio 1 a few weeks ago with Prince William to champion mental health.
However, this one costs $168, or roughly £138 in British Sterling, with the description saying: “Thick chain assembled from interlocking round and oval links, and secured with an oversized toggle clasp.
“Available in 14-karat gold and platinum-plated brass.” Finally, for earrings, Kate wore another pair from the sustainable brand Shyla, but this time she opted for the “Biaritz Squiggle Earrings”.
Although these funky gold hoops cost just £75, they are already out of stock, showing again the “Kate Effect” that the Princess has on the fashion industry.
Royal fan @AvaPitt25023873 tweeted: “The Princess looks fabulous, this 1995 Blue Chanel jacket looks splendid. Her trousers are the perfect fit. She looks so elegant.”

Boden ‘flattering’ midi dress i 55% off in the sale

Shoppers are seizing the opportunity to update their spring wardrobes with chic pieces from Boden, as the high-end high street retailer has cut prices on a range of items. The limited-time sale includes everything from dresses to skirts and flattering trousers, all reduced by simply using the code KN4H at checkout.
This 25% off code applies to new-in items and sale items, offering shoppers significant savings.
The Flora Cord Midi Shirt Dress has been reduced by more than £60, now priced at an impressive £49.50, down from its original price of £110. It’s currently still available in sizes four through to 22, and in petite, regular, and long, but we predict that these huge price reductions mean sizes won’t be around for long.
However, customers lucky enough to snag the Flora dress are thrilled, saying they “adore this dress” and “keep getting compliments when wearing it”, reports Nottinghamshire Live.
Those who miss out on the deal might consider the Dark Wash Denim Graceland Midi Shirt Dress from Nobody’s Child. It shares a similar style to the Boden dress and is also on sale for £66, reduced from £110.
Marks and Spencer’s £35 Printed Midi Relaxed Dress is a popular pick for its blend of style and comfort. Customers rave about the dress’ striking monochrome floral pattern, describing it as “good quality and very comfortable.”
Boden’s Flora Cord Midi Shirt Dress is available in three stylish colours and prints – blue, cream and a trendy leopard option. The blue and cream are now less than £50, while the leopard print is slightly more expensive at £56.70 in the sale.
The versatile shirt dress is made from 99% cotton for comfort, with 1% elastane allowing for some stretch.
The timeless design is winning over customers. Some have described it as their “new favourite” for its versatility and practicality. One shopper commented: “I love that Boden uses functional pockets. I was very busy yesterday, and it was easy to just put my phone in my pocket without worrying about it falling. I also worried the closure at the bottom would reveal too much leg when I walked or sat, but it’s just the right amount. Functional but modest closure. This dress is very well made and I like the mid-weight of the fabric.”
Echoing the sentiment, another reviewer celebrated the dress’ effortless elegance: “I bought this dress in a blue size 10 which fits perfectly. It is very flattering. I love the shape round the waist much simpler than having a tie belt. Thank you Boden!”
With spring’s fickle weather, finding apparel that adapts is key, an issue addressed by the Flora dress according to one fan: “I absolutely love this dress. It is such a flattering colour and fit, stylish and comfortable to wear. I bought a size bigger than I normally wear so there is no straining of buttons at the waist. The perfect dress for between seasons.”
The Flora dress from Boden also makes waves for its flattering fit. One buyer sais: “The reviews all said comfortable and slimming. So I tried it, not really believing it, and was wowed. It really is slimming! My usual size 16 was a bit of a firm fit so I went up to 18 and it’s perfect.”
Another fan highlighted the confidence boost the dress provided, stating: “This dress is brilliant in that it is flattering for my post menopausal changing body shape, easy to wear and so comfortable. I feel so confident when I am wearing it. I am desperate to buy another one as I think I will live in this dress as it can be worn to so many places (dress up or down), but they are all sold out. Like another reviewer asked, please Boden make some more in other colours and patterns.”
Not all feedback was glowing; one customer experienced disappointment with the Flora dress’ hue and sizing issues. They shared: “Disappointed that the dress wasn’t as bright a blue as it looks online. It is actually more a denim blue colour. Sadly this was too tight on my upper arms but more than generous everywhere else so sizing up would have drowned me. I ordered a size 10. Unfortunately sending it back.”
However, some shoppers have expressed their love for the dress, stating it’s “a dream to wear” and will “definitely get a lot of wear”. Those who want to grab this dress for less than £50 have a limited time to do so in the Boden sale, by using the code KN4H at checkout.

M&S ‘super comfortable’ cropped jeans ‘have a 60s vibe’

Marks and Spencer shoppers are loving the fashion retailer’s latest addition to its denim collection. The High Waisted Slim Flare Cropped Jeans are perfect for spring/summer, and some buyers are so impressed that they’re buying them in more than one colour. Priced at £39.50, they are available in three shades; light indigo, medium indigo and soft white.
The jeans are a slim fit and come in sizes six to 22 in short/petite, regular and long. They have a stylish flare at the ankle and a flattering high waist with a button and zip fastening, plus belt loops. M&S says the jeans are ‘a versatile addition to your casual wardrobe’.
The High Waisted Slim Flare Cropped Jeans will pair beautifully with t-shirts, shirts, blouses and camisole tops throughout the warmer months. Add sandals or trainers for a casual look, or pair with wedged heels for an evening occasion in the sunshine.
Shoppers wanting to browse more cropped jeans may be interested in Roman’s Wide Leg Stretch Cropped Denim Culottes. They cost £36 and are available in 10 colours in sizes 10 to 20, however they only come in one length.
Elsewhere, Next is selling Crop Wide Leg Jeans priced at £30 that are available in two shades of blue. They come in sizes six to 20 in petite, regular and long lengths.
The High Waisted Slim Flare Cropped Jeans are part of the M&S Collection; easy-to-wear wardrobe staples that combine classic and contemporary styles. The new jeans have already earned an impressive overall rating of 4.9 out of five stars on the M&S website.
An impressed shopper wrote: “Really happy with my cropped jeans. Great fit and love the flared bottoms.”
“Perfect pair of jeans,” commented a second happy customer. “Fits perfectly and feels super comfortable. Just ordered another pair in light blue. Well done M&S.”
Another delighted buyer said: “Great slim flared jeans. Purchased the white and love them… They have a 60s vibe which I love. Not washed yet but if they’re anything like my other pairs of M&S jeans, they’ll wash well. Delighted with my purchase.”
Sadly one M&S shopper was unimpressed with the length of the short/petite jeans, as they explained: “Lovely style and weight but extra short too long for me at 5ft1 and [with] short legs. Such a shame, but most extra short are too long for me.”
However, someone else disagreed, as their five-star review reads: “Love these jeans, beautifully soft and fit brilliantly. I’m 5ft5 but bought the short, as M&S trousers are always too long. I wanted these to actually look cropped as they are supposed to, and they do. Being high-waisted they sit nicely without having to keep pulling them up.”

‘Easy and less painful than shaving’ solution for smooth legs £100 off

With the arrival of warmer weather, it’s officially time to dust off those summer dresses. However, with bare legs comes the inevitable dilemma: how to maintain them smooth, soft and ready for display – without spending an eternity in the shower grappling with a razor. While shaving may be quick, it’s not always gentle on your skin, often leaving legs feeling dry, irritated and susceptible to ingrown hairs with regular use. This is where IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) devices step in; they’re engineered to target hair at the root, working to permanently minimise regrowth over time.
These gadgets tend to be on the expensive side (sometimes costing up to £300), but Keskine is currently offering a £100 discount on its highly-rated IPL Hair Removal Handset, reducing the price to £199 from £299. That’s a substantial saving on a device that takes care of the hard work when it comes to hair removal. The handset is equipped with five smart modes for full-body use – addressing underarms, legs or the bikini area – and promises noticeable results within one to four weeks. It also offers a 90-day hair-free money-back guarantee, allowing customers to test it out risk-free.
However, it’s not suitable for everyone. Keskine advises against usage if you have certain skin conditions, such as eczema, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or possess very dark or sunburnt skin, reports the Manchester Evening News. It should also be avoided on broken and tattooed skin.
Keskine’s gadget is getting rave reviews from those who have tried it. One customer enthused: “This is the best hair removal method I’ve tried. It’s so much easier and less painful than waxing or shaving. I’ve noticed a big difference after just a few uses.”
Another added their praise, saying: “I’ve been using this for about two months, and I’m amazed. My hair is so much lighter and slower to grow back. The results speak for themselves.”
Yet not all feedback is unequivocally positive. One user expressed caution: “Very quick and easy to use, but as yet, I have no idea how long they’ll last.”
Nonetheless, another Keskine enthusiast strongly recommended the product: “I’ve tried multiple hair removal methods, and this is by far the most effective one. After just a few sessions, I can already tell my hair is growing back much slower. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for long-term results.”
So, for anyone looking for a hassle-free way to keep smooth this summer, and keen to minimise time spent on shaving, Keskine’s IPL Hair Removal Handset might be an ideal seasonal purchase.
For those still on the fence, other IPL devices are available in the market, though at steeper prices. For instance, the Philips’ Lumea Series 7000 BRI920/00 Corded IPL Hair Removal is priced at £310 at Argos, and FOREO PeachTM 2 Peach retails for £369 at Sephora.
