The Princess of Wales looked radiant as she headed to the North of England on Tuesday to visit a female prison in Cheshire.

Princess Kate visited HMP Styal to view its mother and baby unit (MBU) and mother and baby unit (MBU).

Kate, who is patron of Action for Children – a charity that protects and supports vulnerable children and young people – looked stunning in a brown and burgundy ensemble and it was her beloved brown check coat which caught fans’ attention.

The future Queen donned her Blaze Milane Anyway checked wool long coat and matched it with brown Gianvito Rossi boots.

Underneath, she wore a ribbed knit skirt and a turtleneck top in burgundy. For jewellery, Kate wore a pair of yellow gold pearl earrings by Katherine James.

Royal fans could not get over the princess’s coat, which has been favoured a total of four times in public in recent years.

Kate was first seen wearing the garment back in 2021, when she along with Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis attended a Christmas church service in Norfolk as the Royal Family’s traditional festive plans were scrapped due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Last year, she wore the coat again as she was snapped being driven to church in Balmoral by Prince William.

Princess Kate chose the stunning piece again for her first official solo engagement this year, which took place last month when she visited the Royal Marsden hospital in London, which was responsible for her cancer treatment last year.

After Kate’s recent appearance in Cheshire, one fan wrote on X: “That coat is divine! She looks so beautiful and seems to be enjoying herself.”

A second one said: “I love her coat. She always looks so elegant.”

A third one said on Instagram: “Look its the same coat and outfit of another day.”

While a fourth added: “Catherine looking beautiful today in yes that lovely coat.”

A fifth person said: “The Princess of Wales clothes are so beautiful, to only wear each outfit once doesn’t do the garment justice. I see she concurs!”

From animal print to eye-catching spots, the longline top feataures 3/4 length sleeves, as well as cuffs with tabs to roll up for ease of movement. The flattering notch V-neckline and a statement shiny button detail offer a smart yet casual look, which shoppers find easy to dress up or down.

This timeless top can be paired with tailored trousers and heels for a sleek and polished outfit that transitions easily from day to night, or toned down with a blazer and trousers for work.

For those looking for more vibrant prints, this White Stuff Marta V-Neck Tunic features a tiered design in a palm leaf print, and it’s currently reduced to £44. The Ava Organic Cotton Printed Slub Tunic Navy from Weird Fish offers a slimming illusion with a blossom print at £40.

Shoppers love the Roman Button Tunic so much that it has an overall rating of 4.9 stars out of five, one person shared: “Bought a few of these longline tops from Roman and this one is lovely too. Nice material which requires no ironing. Fits true to size and lovely colour and pattern.”

A second bought the blue abstract design, which retails at £32, and commented: “Loved this top, length great as covers my posterior. True to size and can dress up or down.

Midlife model Rachel wore the Orange Abstract Linear Print, which has been marked down to £30, and one fan bought the same after watching the Instagram post, she said: “Saw it on Rachel and really like the look.”

However a shopper decided to return the top, explaining: “It didn’t look as nice as in the photo and it didn’t suit me, and the colours did’t appeal in real life.”

The Ivory Abstract style is perfect for work and reduced to £26, here.

Queen Camilla stuns in white as she steps out with King Charles for Trooping the Colour | Royal | News

Queen Camilla looked stunning today as she stepped out in London with the rest of the Royal Family for the King’s birthday parade. The Queen was a vision in white as she donned a silk crepe dress with silver embroidery by Anna Valentine, which she paired with a hat by Philip Treacy. She also sported a Grenadier Guards brooch on her chest.

Camilla was seen arriving alongside the King in an Ascot Landau, a four-wheeled luxury carriage with a roof that can be let down. Trooping the Colour is held annually as an official birthday event for the monarch, even though Charles’s actual birthday is on November 14. It dates back centuries and became an annual event in 1760.

It is one of the biggest military ceremonies of the calendar and this year it features more than 1,400 parading soldiers, 300 musicians and over 200 horses.

The spectacle will later wrap up with an RAF flypast over Buckingham Palace, which the Royal Family will watch from the Palace balcony.

Military pomp and pageantry are on full display today in the capital to mark the milestone, but the event this year will also remember those killed in the Air India plane crash.

The King has requested a minute’s silence be observed in tribute to the 241 passengers and crew killed, and others affected, when a Boeing 787 Dreamliner bound for Gatwick Airport came down on Thursday in the Indian city of Ahmedabad.

Black armbands are worn by the head of state and senior royals riding in the ceremony, also known as the King’s Birthday Parade, staged in Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall.

On horseback and wearing the armbands are the Royal Colonels – Prince of Wales, Colonel of the Welsh Guards, the Princess Royal, Colonel Blues and Royals, and the Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel Scots Guards.

Members of the royal family not taking part in the parade and who normally watch events from the Duke of Wellington’s former office are not wearing black armbands.

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said the King requested amendments to the Trooping the Colour programme “as a mark of respect for the lives lost, the families in mourning and all the communities affected by this awful tragedy”.

The carriage carrying the royal couple today, the Ascot Landau, one of five kept by the Royal Mews and purchased during the reign of Queen Victoria, is bright, small carriage, which chiefly features in the Carriage Procession during The Royal Meeting at Ascot every year.

These Landaus can also be seen during other state and semi-state occasions such as State Visits, Trooping the Colour and Royal Weddings. The Ascot Landau is often drawn by the famous Windsor Greys.

Windsor Grey Horses play an important role in the ceremonial life of the Royal Family and the nation and have been drawing the carriages of successive monarchs and members of the Royal Family since Queen Victoria’s Reign.

Shopper told skin looks ’10 years younger’ uses Clarins SPF day cream

Wearing a moisturiser with SPF is crucial for protecting skin from the harmful and anti-ageing effects of the sun’s UV rays. The Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream is formulated with SPF15, plus it targets eight signs of ageing including wrinkles and fine lines, pore size, deyhdration and skin firmness.

A 50ml pot of this anti-ageing ‘perfect little jar of heaven’ would typically cost £54, however, beauty buffs have found a deal saving 25% at Amazon. Now on sale for £37.75, the Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream is more than £10 cheaper at Amazon than it is currently at Boots or on the Clarins website.

The day cream is enriched with the Clarins Skin Charger Complex which includes 2% niacinamide and organic sea holly extract to boost collagen synthesis, smooth fine lines, improve skin texture and prevent further appearance of first signs of ageing.

It has recieved rave reviews from shoppers, many impressed with the texture, smell and end results. One person said: “I use this with the night cream and everyone remarks on my skin, I’m 80 next year, but my skin doesn’t show it. I love it, it’s not in the least greasy and you only need a little drop as it spreads easily.”

Another beauty buyer wrote: “Combined with the night cream it gives brilliant results and my skin looks brighter and healthier and my pores are definitely less visible. I love Clarins products and the multi-active range has always been my favourite. It must be working well because a consultant on another beauty range thought I was 10 years younger than I actually am! I was delighted!”

Another fan favourite is the Retinol Renewal range from Elizabeth Arden. The brand are currently running a summer sale where shoppers can get a three-piece gift set for £51.59 down from £77. This includes the Retinol Ceramide Capsules and a Retinol Line Erasing Eye Cream.

The Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream has also been described as an ‘amazing day cream’ which ‘softens the face and helps keep wrinkles at bay’.

A five-star reviewer was a fan, writing: “Have been using Clarins skin care for many years and it never fails to impress. Easy to apply, good absorption and leaves skin feeling hydrated and smooth.”

However, someone else deducted two stars as they did not like the packaging. They wrote: “I desperately miss the former multi-active lotion with SPF that I was using for years that came in a convenient pump bottle. While this product does the same job, it is a thicker application. Thankfully it absorbs in fine so at least it doesn’t feel thick. I really miss the pump bottle dispenser though which was so much more convenient for application and a lot lighter for gym/travel/flight use. Now this jar just gets left at home a lot which is not ideal.”

Alternatively, the No7 HydraLuminous SPF15 Day Lotion 50ml has a pump bottle and is on sale for £15.26, for those that prefer.

The Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream is on sale for £37.75 in a limited time deal, so shoppers shouldn’t delay if they want to nab the offer on anti-ageing skincare that is a ‘must’ and ‘smells gorgeous’.
